Sensei John Parnell, 5th dan, of Basingstoke Shotokan karate has been very kind to agree to teach an advanced lesson for black and brown belts on Sunday, 29 June, from 2pm to 4pm. The lesson will be held in our usual dojo in the Action Suite at the Guildford Spectrum.
