The festive period is nearly upon us, but we have some great opportunities to train and enjoy karate before the year is out:
28-29/11 – European Shotokan Karate-do Association (ESKA) Championships at the K2 in Crawley.
5/12 – Free KUGB Brown/Black belt course in Egham with sensei Andy Sherry, 9th dan, and sensei Frank Brennan, 8th dan. 
6/12 – Grading practice (kyu grades) and lesson (for all) at Kenmei karate in sutton, 2-4pm.
13/12 – Advanced lesson and kyu grading with sensei Bon Rhodes, 8th dan, at Kenmei karate, 4-6pm.
17/12 – Lesson with sensei John Parnell, 5th dan, at Kanshin karate in Guildford, 8-9pm. All grades welcome.DSC_0024sbw

Advanced class with sensei Parnell

Sensei John Parnell, 5th dan, of Basingstoke Shotokan karate has been very kind to agree to teach an advanced lesson for black and brown belts on Sunday, 29 June, from 2pm to 4pm. The lesson will be held in our usual dojo in the Action Suite at the Guildford Spectrum. Please use to this form to book a place if you are interested.JohnP[1]
